• Taxeffective financing arrangements for start-ups and developers of intellectualproperty, including CRA tax rulings to obtain "flow-through" treatmentfor investing in small offshore mutual fund and another to circumvent impact of"kiddie tax" for individual investors

• Tax effectivedealing with Intellectual Property issues, especially with cross-border focus
